At Kave Home Singapore, we want you to love your new furniture and decor, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for items in their original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to initiate a return request, ensuring you provide your order number and photos of the item.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it back into its original packaging with all manuals and hardware included to ensure a safe transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to pick up the item from your Singapore address; please note that a collection fee may apply for non-defective items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods and confirms they are in original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
